Shipping Instructions
- In-Stock Items: Orders are shipped within approximately 2-3 business days after the order is placed (excluding the day of order placement), excluding holidays.
- Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. No deliveries are scheduled on weekends, national holidays, or other public holidays.
- During holiday seasons, high order volumes, or unforeseen natural disasters, shipping may be delayed.
- For Convenience Store Pickup: Please check the arrival notification SMS and pick up the package within 5 days of arrival. Failure to collect the package without valid reasons may result in shipping costs being borne by the customer.
- Pre-Order Items: Shipping lead times are as displayed on the product page. Customized items will be shipped within 45-60 days at the latest.
