Methods for Returns and Exchanges
Product Inspection Period
Except for products that are perishable, have a short shelf life (close to expiration at the time of return/cancellation), customized items, current newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, unsealed audiovisual products, computer software, game point cards, other point cards, unsealed personal hygiene items, and other items exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period under the "Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Distance Sales," you are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (including holidays) starting from the day the product arrives in your possession.
If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Contact Number
- Product Name to be Returned
- Reason for Return (with photos)

Return Guidelines
- Products must be unused and free from damage or defects not caused by human factors. The 7-day inspection period under the Consumer Protection Act is for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs, not a trial period.
- If indicated by our store, the original packaging (including outer carton) must be kept intact; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:
- The 7-day inspection period has been exceeded.
- Products have been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, breakage, wear, scratches, or dirt.
- The returned product’s packaging is incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
- Malicious or frequent returns.
Return Process
- Contact customer service.
- Confirm return eligibility.
- Prepare the complete product and invoice.
- Provide pickup time, contact information, and address.
- The product will be collected by a logistics service provider authorized by the store.
Refund Information
- For credit card payments: After the return is successfully processed, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.
- For cash-on-delivery payments: After the return is successfully processed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
Exchange Guidelines

Exchange Process
If you and our store agree to proceed with an exchange, please process a return for the original order and place a new order in the store. We will issue an invoice and collect or refund the balance, if applicable. If there is no balance, no further action will be required.
